The 4 legged pet club was established in 2009.
Hi, I'm Lesley I started this business as I had nobody to look after my German Shepherd Jake when I went on holiday and would rather not have a holiday knowing my dog was in a kennel.
Dog walkers were relatively unheard of at this time and I wanted to provide a service to dog owners so dogs were not left for long periods on there own.
I love my job after many years of working as a skilled worker in a factory.
I now have total job satisfaction, I have loads of patience, and have been able to sort problems with the most difficult of dogs.
I'm hoping to become a dog behaviourist, as I already do this on a regular basis and advise people for free based on my extensive experience, which I really enjoy. I have had dogs all my life from terriers, to german shepherds and huskies. I am very experienced, friendly and reliable.
I am CRB checked, fully insured, and I hold a Leeds City Council dog boarding licence.
Based in churwell morley Leeds, the areas I cover are:
Morley, Tingley, Middleton, Beeston, Rothwell, Robin Hood, Lofthouse, Gildersome, Tong, East Ardsley, Thorpe, Wortley, Cottngley, Wakefield, Wrenthorpe, Stanley, Adel, Roundhay, Moortown, Alwoodley, Horsforth, Meanwood, Chapel Allerton.
Give your new bundle of joy the best start in life as a young dog that is learning new behaviours every day. We have worked with puppies as young as 12 weeks old. So we have experience of gently introducing your new pet to the many noises and experiences around them. It is really important that your new puppy is not left alone for too long at a young age as they can develop separation anxiety.
Not only will your pup be out of the house with us, they will also be around other dogs and learn how to behave around them. If you don’t like the sound of sending your puppy to a room of 15 plus dog then maybe you’d prefer them to join us on a spacious walk with 3 or 4 other dogs, adventuring in Sheffield’s lovely green spaces. There is also the option for a free feeding after the walk. We will also discuss any of the training you have in place, or that you wish to put into practice, to ensure your puppy is being trained with the same techniques.
